infrastructure works, MEP, and steel fabrication

. We deliver large-scale projects for leading clients in district cooling, utilities, and civil works, combining technical excellence with sustainable practices.

We are seeking an experienced

Contracts Manager

to join our leadership team and take ownership of all contract management, compliance, and risk control across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure contracts comply with

UAE laws and FIDIC conditions

. Provide contractual and commercial guidance to project teams on claims, variations, and disputes. Work closely with

QS, Procurement, and Project Managers

to ensure smooth administration and timely submissions. Maintain proper documentation of all contractual correspondences. Develop contract strategies for tenders, bids, and ongoing projects. Lead risk assessments and highlight potential exposures to management. Build, guide, and train a

contracts and commercial team

for Island Tower's growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Law

.

8-12 years of UAE/GCC experience

in contract management within

infrastructure and construction projects

. Strong background in

QS, commercial, or contract administration

. In-depth knowledge of

FIDIC and local UAE contracting practices

. Proven ability to handle multimillion-dirham projects and large-scale infrastructure contracts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Contracts Management/Adminstration: 5 years (Required) Infrastructure/Construction: 5 years (Required) Government Contracts: 2 years (Required) * QS: 2 years (Preferred)
