Job Description

The ideal Contracts Manager will have:

A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
A minimum of 20 years' industry experience post-graduation
At least 10 years' experience in the UAE
At least 10 years experience working on Luxury hospitality projects
MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route (Essential)
Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country
Longevity in previous and current roles -- a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
