Contracts Manager

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an Established Contracts Manager to join a Multi National and every-growing consultancy in Dubai, working as part of their dynamic commercial & contracts team.
The ideal Contracts Manager will have:
- A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
- A minimum of 20 years' industry experience post-graduation
- At least 10 years' experience in the UAE
- At least 10 years experience working on Luxury hospitality projects
- MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route (Essential)
- Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country
- Longevity in previous and current roles -- a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
