Roles and Responsibility

Streamline and guide the processing of preparing contract reviews, assessment and management of risk, Cost and Claims Management.
Ensure projects are managed in accordance with contracts and all opportunities for delivering revenue are understood by the project teams
Ensure any subcontracts are commercially managed and delivered in line with contractual obligations
Establish clear cash flow reporting procedures and assign responsibility for monitoring cash flow to specific individuals
Estimate total costs, plan the budget, monitor spend, and prepare for potential risks with the assistance from team member.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in Quantity Surveying or Civil / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University and a Member of a professional Quantity Surveying Association
Minimum 15 years of experience within infrastructure projects
Working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for 5 years or above
Deep understanding of FIDIC practically
RICS member preferred
