As a result of their continued growth in the region, our client is in search of a Contracts Manager to manage the delivery of high-value construction and infrastructure projects within its aviation and facilities categories.

About the role
The Contracts Manager will manage all commercial and contractual risks, through proactive contract management for its portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects, whilst implementing policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency across all contractual delivery.

This management role, will guarantee all involved departments and disciplines understand and adhere to contractual obligations, maintaining an accurate line of communication at all stages of the projects. Additionally, the role will manage the procurement which includes the development of procurement strategy and liaising with the department frequently to accelerate projects.

The role will require the Contracts Manager to manage the sourcing of all construction\'s vendors, from pre-qualification to contract finalization, while simultaneously managing and accessing any claims and payment applications.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate will be a contract professional, who has a successful track-record (minimum of 10 years) as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector, delivering educational facility or aviation projects from inception to handover.

The incumbent will have extensive knowledge of standard FIDIC contracts and the vendor selection process, required to deliver a high-value construction project. You will hold a relevant Degree from an international University and be a member of relevant professional body - CIPS, CICCM, SPSM.
