Support Business Development by reviewing draft contracts and providing guidance on suitable forms of contracts.
Engage with Finance and Compliance/HSSE to ensure proper assessment of contractual obligations.
Provide guidance on contractual and legal matters during the post-contract phase.
Monitor and manage contractual and legal requirements.
Participate in contractual meetings with third parties, including clients and sub-contractors.
Collaborate with project teams to identify potential claims and propose strategies to mitigate them.
Compile and review changes for client approval and assist project teams with change requests from sub-contractors.
Supervise contracts personnel across projects and provide necessary training.
Develop and maintain procedures for contracts management and administration.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal/external audits.
