We are seeking an experienced
Contracts Manager
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inbuilding and infrastructure projects
and prior experience working withconsultancy firms
in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of building and infrastructure projects. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements. Administer variations, claims, extensions of time, and cost control measures. Provide contractual advice and support to project teams throughout all project phases. Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to resolve contractual issues. Prepare periodic reports on contract status and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in contracts management withinbuilding and infrastructure projects
. Priorconsultancy experience
ismandatory
. Strong knowledge ofFIDIC contracts
and UAE construction laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Must bebased in Abu Dhabi
or have strong work experience in theAbu Dhabi market
