building and infrastructure projects
and prior experience working with
consultancy firms
in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of building and infrastructure projects.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements.
Administer variations, claims, extensions of time, and cost control measures.
Provide contractual advice and support to project teams throughout all project phases.
Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to resolve contractual issues.
Prepare periodic reports on contract status and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in contracts management within
building and infrastructure projects
.
Prior
consultancy experience
is
mandatory
.
Strong knowledge of
FIDIC contracts
and UAE construction laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Must be
based in Abu Dhabi
or have strong work experience in the
Abu Dhabi market
.
