Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 10 - 12 Years Language: Required excellent in English
JOB DESCRIPTION: Handling all contractual matters. Drafting various types of agreements, ensuring timely contracts review and evaluation. Negotiating contracts directly or through the respective department until consensus is reached. Ensuring contract close-out, extension, or renewal. Providing contract visibility and awareness, interpretation, and implementation. Developing and implementing policies and procedures for contract management. Monitoring compliance with established policies and procedures Internal auditing when situation demands. Maintaining contractual records and documentation for all projects. Provide legal protection and risk management advice and guidance to management on contracts.
