We are seeking an experienced
Contract Engineer
with strong expertise inFCL
andFIDIC
contracts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in contract management and administration within the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation. Ensure compliance with FIDIC and FCL contractual requirements. Provide contractual advice and support to project teams. Monitor and manage contract performance, risks, and obligations. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and legal teams to resolve contractual issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in contract management within the UAE. Strong knowledge ofFIDIC contracts
andFCL regulations
. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Arabic language preferred
(bilingual Arabic/English is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
* FCL and FIDIC Knowledge: 5 years (Preferred)
