Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with FIDIC and FCL contractual requirements.
Provide contractual advice and support to project teams.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and legal teams to resolve contractual issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in contract management within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
FIDIC contracts
and
FCL regulations
.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Arabic language preferred
(bilingual Arabic/English is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field.
