Prepare, review, and finalize contract documents, agreements, and tenders.
Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities to ensure contractual accuracy.
Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation measures.
2. Procurement & Tendering
Assist in preparing tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for quotations and technical inputs.
Analyze commercial and technical proposals and recommend suitable vendors/subcontractors.
3. Contract Administration
Monitor contract performance, compliance, and deliverables.
Track variations, change orders, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
Maintain contract documentation and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
4. Cost Control & Budget Support
Support quantity surveying and cost control teams in preparing cost breakdowns.
Review invoices, progress payments, and subcontractor bills.
Assist in preparing financial reports and tracking contract expenditures.
5. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding contract issues.
Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Provide contractual advice to project teams and management.
6. Legal & Compliance
Ensure contracts comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with legal teams for drafting and final contract approval.
Address contractual disputes and recommend resolutions.
