Contracts Engineer
Job Description
This is a critical role for a detail-oriented Contracts Engineer with strong contractual knowledge and a background in UAE construction. Youll be responsible for managing contract terms, ensuring compliance, and supporting the resolution of contractual matters throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage project contracts and subcontracts Ensure contractual compliance with UAE laws and project requirements Support tendering processes and contract negotiations Monitor contract performance and flag potential risks or deviations Coordinate with legal teams, consultants, and site personnel Manage claims, variations, and contract close-out procedures Requirements Proven experience of 5+ years as a Contracts Engineer within the UAE Construction Contracting sector Strong understanding of FIDIC and UAE contract law Skilled in contract drafting, review, and negotiation Strong attention to detail and legal / technical writing Excellent communication and document management skills What We Offer Monthly salary : AED 8,000 AED 12,000 Involvement in major construction and infrastructure projects Supportive and experienced commercial team Long-term professional development with a trusted firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
