Job Description
Al Bany Group is seeking experienced Bidding & Tendering Engineer to lead tender preparation and submissions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selecting and preparing competitive bids, with strong regional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze tender documents and requirements. Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals. Develop competitive pricing and bid strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate inputs. Submit bids on time and ensure compliance with all specifications. Manage pre- and post-bid clarifications and negotiations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of bidding/tendering experience in the Middle East. Strong knowledge of local contract practices and market dynamics. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
