We are looking for a

Contracts Engineer

with Offshore experience to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Participate and contributes to the development of project contract strategies and plans. Interface with Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Risk Management, and other stakeholders as required. Develop & Administers all the applicable Contracts (FEED, EPC, PMC and other Contracts) for the Project. Supervises and guides the Project Management Consultants engaged by Company in handling the contractual and commercial matters of the Project. Ensures that the relevant local and international regulations are followed by all the Contractors and Vendors. Review the Project Procedures relevant to Contract development and administration function. Follow up with Contractor until procedures are compliant with Project Requirements and are approved for use on the Project. Coordinate and implement cross project contracting knowledge to add value and minimize cost and risk to projects.
Skills & Experience:

Minimum Overall 10+ years of oil & gas experience. Experience in Feasibility, Project Management, Project Contract administration, procurement, vendor communication and contract. Minimum 5 years' experience in PMC projects Bachelor's degree Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
