Responsible for contracts set-up on daily basis (avg Contracts to be set-up 40-50)
Responsible of all contracts billing on timely basis as per billing cycle (avg Monthly invoices upto 400-500)
Responsible to maintain the billing sheet on monthly basis to update the meter readings
Responsible to maintain the billing annexure for major customer, where devices are more than 5.
Responsible to submit monthly report every month for billed/pending contracts with reason Identified the key issues and problems.
Customer interaction to solve the billing issues.
Meter reading updation on daily basis for due contract's billing and follow up for pending Meter readings.
Experience in Oracle & ECI Software
Qualifications
High School Diploma/Certificate from a recognized school or Institution
No experience required
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
Proficient in English.
