We are looking for our company in Libya - Tripoli a position for Pharmaceutical Contracts and Insurance Manager - Responsible for creating new contracts and following up on the implementation of existing contracts between the company and the various contracting parties for the supply of medicines, equipment and medical supplies in accordance with the agreed terms. - Managing the financial aspects of contracts and solving all their issues according to the requirement of the Company. - Follow up the operation process within the Insurance and Contracting Department and provide the necessary administrative directives to ensure effective and productive workflow. - Issuing appropriate decisions within the limits of assigned powers, in order to improve the overall system in the Department of Insurance and Contracts. - Submit a daily report to the Director of the Pharmaceutical Sector to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with a statement of the reason. - Develop and formulate the objectives and main plans for the insurance and contracting Department to ensure the achievement of the required profit margin from the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Management. - Actively participate in the periodic meetings of the Pharmaceutical Sector to ensure coordination between the Insurance and Contracting Department and the rest of the Company\'s Departments in order to achieve the agreed goals. - Participate in preparing the procedures for managing insurance and contracts for the quality system with the Director of Pharmaceutical Sector. - Training individuals working in the Insurance and Contracting Department on their required work. - The Insurance and Contracting Manager is responsible for keeping all records and forms related to his administration and all his works are subject to internal review. The Insurance and Contracting Manager is the first point of contact with clients and is responsible for communicating well with clients to ensure a strong and ongoing relationship - Responsible for following up and analyzing sales and making decisions that would ensure the achievement of the profit margin and Inventory Turnover as per the Company requirement. - Responsible for closing financial claims on a periodic basis according to the agreement with customers (daily - weekly - monthly) and submitting them at the appropriate time according to the contract. - Responsible for collecting all financial dues of the company from the parties contracting with it, after submitting claims to them according to the agreed period. - Managing any disputes with clients and ensuring their satisfaction to ensure that the company\'s interests are preserved.
