Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and variations
Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and legal standards
Maintain organized contract records and documentation
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Track contract timelines, renewals, payments, and variations
Support claims, change orders, and project close-out processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
Previous experience in contract administration within construction or fit-out projects
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (experience with construction software is a plus.
