Excellent Opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in UAE . To be successful at this role with us you must have had contract administration background either in UAE or home country & familiar with relevant legal requirements and standard forms of contracts.. Your main duties if selected would be to prepare, negotiate and review various types of contracts, including Purchase orders, Subcontract Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution/Agency Agreements, NDAs, NCA\xe2\x80\x99s, MOU\xe2\x80\x99s etc. The successful candidate shall demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to identify potential risks for the company and ensure compliance with corporate contracting policy as well as applicable laws and statutory regulations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting/Reviewing of all kinds of Contracts, Agreements and documents such as Construction agreements, Distribution agreement, Supply Agreements, Sale and Purchase agreement, NDAs, Supplementary agreements, Manufacturing agreement, termination agreement, and sub contract agreement for Projects, MaintenanceContracts etc.
Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company.
Supporting and liaising with all departments and NAFFCO Branches.
Drafting legal and contractual notices whenever it is required.
Ensuring the compliance of the Organization with country legal legislations, laws and regulations.
Any other tasks assigned by the Legal Manager as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Graduate in Law, Business Administration or equivalent
Proven work experience as a Contract Administratoror in a similar role in a reputed firm (min 3 years work experience in UAE)
Working knowledge in Standard Contract forms - FIDIC and other international contract forms
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
