This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator to work in CALIM office or its Client/ Project officelocated in Qatar. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing tender and contract documents, including negotiation, creation, execution, monitoring. Daily tasks include analysing tender documents, contract requirements, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, QS or related field
? 5+ Years' experience including 3 years in GCC as a Contracts professional
? Certification in Professional Contract Management is an added advantage
Additional Requirement
? Contract Management and Contract Negotiation skills
? Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
? Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Project Management processes
? Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
? Strong track record in GCC projects
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Key Responsibilities:
? Administer, review, and manage contracts across their lifecycle
? Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company standards
? Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams
? Review contracts, identify potential risks, and support in mitigation strategies
? Manage risks and support team in submitting tender /bid/ proposals
? Proven ability to handle high-value and complex contracts independently
