Job Description
The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge and hands-on experience in contracts and subcontract agreements, including Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and related commercial instruments. Strong understanding of contractual administration, compliance, and risk management is essential. Quantity Surveying (QS) experience will be considered an added value, particularly in managing commercial aspects, variations, and cost-related matters.
