Review Contract based on priorities. Identify risks, pitfalls and mitigation measures via transfer or annulment of risk by use of appropriate amendments to Contract language. Identify Restrictive Trade Practices under the Contract; report it via formal procedures and negotiate such non-permissible practices out of the Contract. Facilitate Legal review as applicable. Negotiate Contract Terms & Conditions via formal stakeholder interaction to the best possible position in a timely manner. Support Finance on Bank Guarantee negotiation (where required). Liaise with Sales/Estimation and Ops to better understand the risk profile, establish assumptions made etc. and also to appraise them of the stringent requirements under the Contract to allow for costs and/or risk management. Final Contract Review Facilitate internal approvals and authorized signature as per company policies Provide suggestions for improving / streamlining the process. * Liaise with Contracts Manager on any Pre-Contract issues.
