Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee and manage contracts within our dynamic valet parking business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to support our continued growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, review, and negotiate contracts related to valet parking services ensuring all terms comply with company policies and legal standards.

- Collaborate with internal departments to understand contract requirements and deliverables.

- Monitor contract performance, compliance, and renewal timelines to mitigate risks and address any issues proactively.

- Maintain robust documentation of all contracts and ensure accessibility and confidentiality.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.

- Provide timely reports and updates to senior management regarding contract statuses and potential concerns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements related to contracts in the valet parking sector to ensure continuous compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role, preferably within the valet parking or service industry.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations in the UAE.

- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Proactive problem solver who can independently manage challenges and drive resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
