Lead end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and submissions. Manage contract negotiations and oversee high-value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery. Analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and apply data-driven strategies to improve commercial performance. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives. Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis. Utilize tendering tools and contract management systems to support operations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).Experience
5-7 years of experience in procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles. Preferably within
manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors
.Skills
Proficiency in tendering tools and contract management systems. Strong financial planning and analysis skills. Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
