Job Description
Job Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering
.FIDIC contract knowledge and expertise
is mandatory. Strong understanding of construction contracts, project management, and legal/commercial aspects. Excellentnegotiation, communication, and documentation skills
. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with project and management teams.Responsibilities:
Review, manage, and administer construction contracts according to FIDIC guidelines. Assist in preparing tender documents, variations, claims, and contract correspondence. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders on contractual matters. Monitor contract compliance and advise on risk management and mitigation. Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
