Contract Engineer
Job Description
The Contract Engineer shall assist in dealing with the technical aspects of contracts for * FEED/engineering study, EPC, project management consultancy (PMC) and ensuring that the specified technical requirements are met, contributing to the successful execution of the project while safeguarding the organization's interests.
Followings are also responsibilities of the work.
Preparation of the Tender Documents / Contract Documents / Agreements from technical viewpoints.
Preparation of any official correspondences for technical issues.
Communication with internal company and negotiation with any third parties to attain favorable contract engagement and work execution for engineering teams.
Monitor of department works for the work procedure improvements.
Documentation and maintenance of any Company's technical guidelines / regulations.
Requirements
Knowledge with drafting skills about the EPC Tender and Contract Conditions
Knowledge about the technical terms and good command in English language to prepare and modify documents / official letters
Negotiation and debate, presentation skills
