Job Description
We are hiring "Contract Analyst" with Turnaround services experience in Doha, Qatar.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or a postgraduate qualification in Contract Management or Project Management
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly with a strong background in tender/contract management related to Turnaround (TA) and Shutdown services.
- Required: 5-7 years of multi-disciplinary experience, with at least 8 years in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry, or major industrial structures handling Procurement activities.
- 3-5 years at a specialist/professional level in Strategic Procurement within the Oil &Gas /Petrochemicals industry.
Certifications & Skills:
- Preferred international certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, SCMA, ISM, or other relevant supply chain designations.
- Proficiency in SAP (including SAP Ariba) and MS Office applications- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills
Languages:
Required: English - proficient
Preferred: Arabic - working knowledge
