Job Description

Overview

Enter customer contract details into the system with a high level of accuracy.

Process and record internal data in a timely and correct manner.

Prepare required service related documentation and forms.

Receive information and forward it to the appropriate departments when needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails professionally.

Compile regular reports based on system data and assigned tasks.

Support daily administrative activities to ensure smooth information flow.




Job Requirements



Ability to quickly understand and process new information.

Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
