Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts for consultancy and construction projects
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and project specifications
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve contractual issues
Monitor contract performance and support claims and variations
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience in contract administration within the engineering or architectural consultancy sector
Strong understanding of FIDIC and UAE contract law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be currently
based in Dubai
