Job Description

Responsibilities



Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, FIDIC and standard company policies.

Maintain an organized system for all contracts.

Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, cost control, commercial, etc.) for contract execution and compliance.

Prepare and distribute contract status and summaries to stakeholders.

Address contract-related inquiries and resolve conflicts, disputes or discrepancies.

Conduct risk assessments and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Entering finalized contracts in the system.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).

Proven experience (2-5+ years) in Engineering/Construction or similar role.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, Bespoke and regulatory requirements (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
