Oversee the end-to-end Soft services contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation,
execution, and renewal of FM contracts with vendors, and SVM dept.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, regulatory requirements, and
company policies.
Develop and maintain contract templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), Policies
and contract management systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to resolve contractrelated matters and mitigate risks.
Provide administrative support to senior executives/management, department heads, and
project teams when needed
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract
matters, business support services, and administrative inquiries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, partners, and team members to
facilitate collaboration and communication.
Represent the unit/department professionally in meetings, Presentations etc.
Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and
resource allocation.
Monitor contract progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and
adherence to project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with department heads on expected expenses and resource needs for the
upcoming budget period.
Analyse historical data and current trends to forecast future budget, record run rate, and
requirements accurately.
Study and present budget plans to management for review and approval, providing rationale
for proposed allocations.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to track expenditures, Payments, Invoicing.
Reconcile accounts and provide regular budget reports.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A master's
degree
2 to 3 years of experience in contract management, business coordination, or a related field
Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are advantageous.
Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Competence in identifying risks and opportunities within contracts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal
stakeholders.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in contract management and business
coordination
Ability to ensure all contract terms and conditions are followed precisely.
Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
Ability to prepare and manage budgets related to contracts and projects.
Ability to align contract management and business coordination activities with organizational
goals.
Capacity to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes
