Manage contract accounts, budgets, variations, and cost allocations
Track project costs, commitments, and forecasts
Prepare monthly project financial and variance reports
Support revenue recognition and WIP reporting
Review contract terms for accurate financial treatment
Coordinate with project and procurement teams
Assist with audits and contract-related reconciliations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years' experience in contracting/construction accounting
Strong cost accounting and analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Knowledge of IFRS preferred
