Job Description
Need urgently Continental Chef/ Cook for well known local family in Dubai. Indian/Pakistani/continental food Specialty. ELIGIBILITY-
- Must be 5 star Hotel Experience as Chef for Indian/Pakistani or Continental Delicacies
- Must 5-7 Years Experienced as cook
- Must be available inside UAE on VISIT VISA or Cancel Visa for immediate joining
- As a House Chef you are responsible for the smooth operation of the Indian/Pakistani/continental Specialty Outlet kitchen at villa with emphasis on quality, presentation within the guidelines of the standardized menus
- your role will include key responsibilities such as: Supervise the Indian Specialty Outlet kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotels SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
- Monitor regular standards of production to ensure highest level of quality
- Prepare food as per Family Demand.
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts .Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
- Monitor regular standards of production to ensure highest level of quality
- Participate in the drafting of concept ideas and menus for all special events and functions .
- Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation,
- Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus. Ensure food should be presented, preparation and service must up to par in the kitchen.
- Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management.
- You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
