Job Description

Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the hotel guests and must have a minimum of 2 years of hotel experience.



1. Works in the designated station as set by the executive chef and/or sous chef.

2. Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.

3. Able to produce a quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.

4. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the assigned work area.

5. Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.

6. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

7. Ensures that all products are always stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels.

Required :-

Able to join immediately---Visit Visa or visa Cancelled Preferred

Minimum 1 year hotel experience in UAE.

Valid GHP/PA Certificate.

Hotel Management/Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Philipino nationality more adventage
