Create high-quality technical content such as user manuals, white papers, and product documentation. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to translate complex concepts into reader-friendly material. Research industry trends, competitor products, and relevant technologies to support content accuracy. Develop SEO-optimized technical blogs, FAQs, and how-to guides for web publishing. Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical precision. Maintain a consistent tone and terminology across various technical publications. Assist with creating API documentation, release notes, and support materials.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 1-3 years of experience in technical content creation or documentation. Strong grasp of technical writing principles and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Proficiency with documentation tools like MS Office, Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare. Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail. * Experience with SEO and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
