Content writer - Real Estate Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. : o Create and manage high-quality content across client-facing materials, blogs, reports, social media, email campaigns, and website updates ensuring consistency in style, tone, visuals, and brand standards. o Lead editorial and communication initiatives, including idea generation, campaign execution, and coordination with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams for all marketing collateral. o Drive public relations efforts by handling press releases, media interviews, and building strong relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders. o Collaborate and guide the marketing team, fostering a productive environment, ensuring compliance with legal/industry standards, and contributing to overall marketing strategy and performance.
Requirements
35 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in content writing and editing. o Strong understanding of SEO methodologies, with the ability to proactively source information and develop high-quality content. o Creative and strategic thinker with experience in commercial real estate writing considered a plus.
