One of our clients is a leading real estate agency committed in Dubai are looking for a Content Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping their brand narrative and engage with the audience through compelling content. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the agency\xe2\x80\x99s goals.

• Stay updated on real estate trends, market dynamics, and audience preferences to create relevant content.

• Manage a content calendar for consistent delivery of real estate-related content.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with business objectives.

• Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.

• Implement SEO best practices for enhanced content visibility across online platforms.

• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.

• Produce insightful market reports and analyses showcasing industry expertise.

• Craft engaging property descriptions, highlighting unique selling points to attract buyers.

• Develop informative content pieces, including guides, articles, and blog posts, educating clients on real estate trends.

• Manage social media, curating content to engage and build brand awareness.

• Collaborate with customer service teams for consistent messaging and effective client communication.

• Utilize analytics tools to track and adjust content performance strategies based on data insights.

• Ensure all real estate content complies with legal and regulatory standards, including fair housing laws.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

• Be educated to degree level.

• Be fluent in English along with your native language, either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.

• UAE Driving License

• Have Good knowledge of Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s Real Estate market

• Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
