About the Job Join our dynamic team at Sharmax Motors, a worldwide international company with its roots in Italy since 2014 producing motorcycles, quad-bikes, Jet Ski, and other marine or on-land motorized equipment with a personal dealer network across the globe. As we continue to grow our team in Dubai, we are seeking a Content Specialist to guide and develop the content creation process for our company. As a Content Specialist, you will be required to manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics. Responsibilities:
- Manage all classified ad postings within the GCC countries
- Monitor, evaluate, and report classified analytics thrice a week and provide comprehensive reports on budget and listing analytics weekly to the Performance Lead
- Regularly update and renew listings for optimal visibility
- Translate texts for ads into Arabic for Google, FB, Instagram and other ads platforms
- Market research to identify trends, best practices, and optimal ad placements
- Ensure constant learning and self-development in the ad management
- Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports
- Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English is mandatory
- Degree in marketing, communications, or similar
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation or marketing
- Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Canva and InDesign
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft MS, Google Suite, CRM systems
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms
- Extremely creative with an eye for layout and design
- Detailed and meticulous with great follow through
- Based in Dubai
- Passion for motorcycles is a plus
