Content & Social Media Specialist (female Arabic)

Job Description
We are looking for for passionate, adventurous, and quirky creative Content & Social Media Specialist to join its team. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for the clinic.
- Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action will be also your responsibility as creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Define most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Run paid campaigns on different social media platforms.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts for established or fast-growing brands and/or agency clients.
- Native Arabic and Fluent in English.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a 'social' voice in English and Arabic.
- Knowledgeable in social media metrics and best practices.
- Experience using social media content management, reporting, and listening tools.
- Highly organized and can handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows. ? Experience with influencer management and live event coverage.
- Experience with social listening insights and community management.
- UAE experience is a plus
- Previous Agency or Polyclinics experience is a plus
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
