Job Title: Content Editor Reports To: Marketing Manager/Senior Management Team Job Summary: In the content editor role, you will be in charge of reviewing beauty-related content on BROWZ website, Instagram, and other online channels. Success in this position will be demonstrated by producing attractive content that increases our customers\' engagement with the BROWZ brand, services, and products. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: \xc2\xb7 Researching, proofreading, and publishing both traditional and online media content related to the BROWZ brand and our beauty products. \xc2\xb7 Analyze readership data and develop content strategies to increase user engagement with BROWZ website, and Instagram page. \xc2\xb7 Providing fresh ideas on how to create top-notch content that will establish our brand as an authority on beauty/aesthetics topics. \xc2\xb7 Fact-check articles and online content and ensure the use of proper spelling, grammar, and syntax in outputs. \xc2\xb7 Assigning, reviewing, and editing news, stories, beauty brand guides, and miscellaneous articles related to beauty trends.

• Coordinating activities with the social media team to ensure our content increases BROWZ brand recognition.
• Ensure uniform content along all channels that will reach our target audience.
• Contributes new ideas for future content.
• Monitors user engagement, web traffic, and other KPIs

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: \xc2\xb7 A passion for what you do! \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience as an editor, or similar position \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with MS Office and publishing tools \xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and proofreading skills \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable about various social media platforms and SEO \xc2\xb7 Team player \xc2\xb7 Highly organized \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. \xc2\xb7 Portfolio of previous projects in the beauty industry \xc2\xb7 Mastery of spoken and written English \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with top beauty brands and trends in beauty and aesthetics \xc2\xb7 Due to the nature of the business we are looking only for female candidates Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
