Content Ecosystem Strategist
Job Description
: - Responsible for in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth - Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement from the perspective of the content operation based on the global and regional strategies. - Work with T&S and other functions to help inform/jointly develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks in the content community - Monitor in-app short video content, position content style problems and cooperate with Algo, PM and T&S to collaborate on solutions - Observe local/international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities. Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Familiar with local internet market and local culture and trends
- Safety-related work experience and operational data analysis capabilities.
- Good teamwork awareness and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time
