Position: Content Creator and Social Media Marketing

Location: Dubai (Hybrid - work from home + weekly in-person meetings)

About the Role

Kerban Projects is seeking a highly skilled Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive to work on behalf of our UK client -- a premium, doctor-led medical and wellness clinic located in one of London's most sought-after areas, Chelsea.

This is a hybrid role based in Dubai. The successful candidate will produce original, high-quality digital content and manage the clinic's online presence across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who creates, writes, and thinks independently -- not someone who relies on AI-generated text.

(Your writing and originality will be tested during the interview.)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
Write compelling, accurate, and grammatically flawless English copy for posts, reels, stories, and newsletters.
Create visually attractive assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
Monitor and analyse performance metrics, track engagement, and propose data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with the wider digital team to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and sales conversions.
Contribute ideas for new campaign concepts, video shoots, and patient storytelling initiatives.

Essential Skills & Qualities

Exceptional English- both written and spoken. (Fluency and originality will be assessed.)
Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creationfor premium or lifestyle brands.
A sharp visual sense with strong attention to detail and tone.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools.
Experience in email marketing and analytics(Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
Commercial understanding of how to drive enquiries, bookings, and brand loyalty through content.
Organised, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented.
Knowledge of UK or European healthcare or aesthetics marketing is advantageous.
Video editing or short-form storytelling expertise (Reels, TikTok).

Bonus Skills

Experience running Meta or Google Ads campaigns.
Familiarity with SEO and content optimisation.
