Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and creative

Content Creator / Digital Content Specialist

who can take ownership of digital storytelling across formats and platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in

planning, shooting, editing videos

, and designing

visually engaging digital assets

for social media, web, email, and ads.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can

ideate and execute end-to-end content

, bringing brand messages to life through video, motion, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production

Plan, storyboard, and shoot video content for digital channels

Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Optimize content for platform-specific formats (vertical/horizontal, captions, hooks)

Handle basic lighting, audio, and camera work during shoots

Manage post-production: color correction, sound, motion graphics as needed

Digital Design

Create visually striking assets: social posts, banners, ads, emailers, PDFs, thumbnails

Design content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals

Collaborate with marketing for campaign visuals and creative direction

Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in content creation, video production, or digital design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools

Skilled in camera operation and video shooting/editing workflows

Strong eye for design, composition, typography, and color

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Portfolio demonstrating video + design capabilities is

required

Nice to Have:

Experience with motion graphics and animation

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of social media trends and algorithm-friendly content

Basic copywriting or storytelling skills
