The ideal candidate will be skilled in

short-form and long-form video creation

, filming, editing, and storytelling, with a strong understanding of online trends and sports-related content. This role includes producing marketing materials, managing content calendars, capturing academy activities, and creating engaging videos that reflect ProsportsUAE's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality

YouTube videos

, TikTok clips, and Instagram Reels Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form content showcasing academy activities Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video content Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and highlights from sessions and events Manage posting schedules and content calendars across all major platforms Edit content using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) Assist in producing marketing videos, promotional campaigns, and brand stories Stay updated on viral trends, sports content ideas, and digital engagement strategies

Qualifications:

Strong command of English (spoken and written) Proven experience creating engaging

YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram content

Proficiency in video editing tools and mobile editing apps Ability to film, edit, and deliver content consistently and to deadline Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement Experience writing short scripts, captions, and creative video descriptions Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Film, Journalism, or related field (preferred) Experience in the sports or fitness industry is a strong plus
Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
