Job Title: Full-Time Content Creator (Must have: - Russian & English Speaking)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (11:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Friday: Work from home (occasional in-person work required)
Occasional extended hours for content shoots
Key Responsibilities
TikTok & Reels Management across 3 Bakerist-related projects
Content Creation: Conceptualize, film, and edit videos for social media
Be the on-camera model for our videos (you must be comfortable being in front of the camera)
Deliver a monthly analytics report on performance, growth, and engagement
Set and achieve monthly targets for views, shares, and follower growth
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas
Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt content accordingly
Occasionally support shoots outside regular hours when needed
Requirements
Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken)
Must be comfortable being featured as the face of the brand on TikTok and Reels
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and viral content creation
Must provide a link to your personal social media accounts and accounts you've previously managed
Basic video editing skills (on CapCut, InShot, or similar apps)
Creative, proactive, and well-organized
