About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Content Creator

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the

real estate industry

and should be currently holding their

own visa

(Freelance/Spouse/Family visa). You will be responsible for creating engaging content to promote our properties, projects, and brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create high-quality content (videos, reels, photos, posts) for real estate listings and company promotions. Write engaging captions, property descriptions, and blog articles. Create content calendars and campaign strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. Capture and edit on-site property photos and videos. Manage and grow company presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Stay updated on real estate trends and content marketing best practices. Work closely with agents and management to highlight property features.

Requirements:

Must hold an

own visa

(freelance/spouse/family sponsorship). Minimum

1-2 years of experience

creating content specifically for the

real estate industry

. Strong skills in video production, photography, editing, and copywriting. Familiarity with social media tools and content management systems. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. Experience with SEO and paid social media promotions.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
