About the team

What your responsibilities will be

As a Content Creator at Lenskart, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our content strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

Content Development:

Create high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, website content, and email newsletters.

Generate creative and engaging multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and images, to support our marketing campaigns.

Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and topics, ensuring our content remains relevant and informative.

Content Planning and Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.

Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Create content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

Content Optimization:

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.

Monitor and analyse the performance of content using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.

A/B test content to optimize conversion rates and engagement metrics.

Social Media Management:

Manage and update the company\'s social media profiles to maintain an active online presence.

Develop social media content that encourages interaction, shares, and engagement.

Stay informed about social media trends and best practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to bring content ideas to life.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

Maintain open communication with other departments to gather information and insights for content creation.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role in content marketing.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

Familiarity with content marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
