Key Responsibilities:

Develop original and engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various digital platforms Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals Write and edit blog posts, articles, website copy, social media captions, and email newsletters Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to create timely and relevant content Optimize content for SEO and digital performance Assist in content planning, editorial calendars, and content strategy Adapt content style and tone for different audiences and platforms Support the creation of video scripts, reels, and short-form video content Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in content creation, writing, or digital marketing

Experience in media, publishing, or journalism is a strong advantage

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and audience engagement Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong storytelling ability and creativity
