Content Creator & Community Trainee

What you\'ll be doing

This role will be responsible for content creation & community management support across our innovative projects, including to SOL3MATES, Chalhoub\'s first web3-native sneaker brand built on the foundation of community-centricity & future-forward-thinking.

Below outlines the key accountabilities of the role:

• The role will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content across a range of channels for different innovation projects.

• This role will be empowered to develop their own creative briefs, design concepts and content ideas that support our projects.

• This role will support with the management of social media platforms and communities across the team\'s projects.

• This role should maintain up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our visual content is innovative and effective.

What you\'ll need to succeed

This role is going to be empowered to create using their own ideas and designs guided and supported by the rest of the team. We are looking for someone passionate about content creation and innovation, who has experience in building multimedia content across either their own platforms or for brands with genuine eagerness to learn & develop.

Below outlines the core experience required for the role:

• Individuals should have a background in digital/graphic design, with excellent communication skills and experience in creating multi-media content across different platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Discord, Whatsapp, Emails, Website)

• Individuals should be proficient with design tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator (while there isn\'t an expectation on this role to be able to animate 3D rendors at a professional level, as part of the role, we aim to support the individual to learn these skills).

• Individuals should be able to share a portfolio of their work in content creation and design.

• Individuals should have a passion for Community Building and a keenness to learn about Community Management.

• Familiarity with Web3 Technologies and a passion for sneakers is a plus.
