Dubai Crocodile Park is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging
Content Creator and Community Manager
with an eye for detail to lead day-to-day social posting, social media strategy and community management across all company platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this is a full-time onsite role responsible for developing creative and engaging high quality content to promote our unique facility and drive brand awareness while focusing on mobile-first content creation. Your mission will be to create engaging, shareable content that resonates with our growing audience. This isn't just about capturing content - it's about crafting compelling narratives that bring our brand to life across platforms.
The ideal candidate must have a good command of the English language, in-depth social media experience and a proven history of growing social audiences, as well as solid experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and other photo and video editing tools. This person will be responsible for building, growing and managing our online communities, fostering meaningful relationships with our audience and driving engagement to enhance brand loyalty.
Having an instinct for what is on (and off brand), having an eye (and the skill) to create powerful visuals, and being an expert at juggling projects while managing deadlines is essential. Being bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus, but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and adhere to social media calendars with clear, descriptive engaging topics that align with brand voice.
Day-to-day capturing, editing, scheduling and optimizing content on multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Face book and Snapchat.
Create and curate posts, blogs, flyers and promotional content.
Master Dubai Crocodile Park's tone of voice.
Understanding and evaluating content performance to optimize future content strategies.
Identify opportunities to expand the community and collaborate with influencers or partners.
Build creative assets for various social platforms.
Maintain a well-organized digital archive of photo and video assets.
Report on content performance, and present social insights.
Brainstorm new ideas and roll out strategies for audience development.
Attend onsite events to cover social media posting.
Ability to work meticulously and autonomously.
Actively interact with community members on social media and other platforms to foster engagement, answer queries, and address concerns.
Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.
Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a content creator, social media specialist, or similar role.
Proficient in managing various social platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with an eye for visual aesthetics and design.
Photography/Videography skills for property content creation.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.
A creative able to deliver engaging high-quality content
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Must be able to take initiative.
Friendly and approachable with a passion for building relationships.
