Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and seasoned Arabic Speaking female Content Creator to join the team. You should have a holistic view of the digital landscape and a deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey in the UAE market. An excellent digital experience, proficient in creating social and digital content, suggesting new content topics to engage with customers and boost loyalty. You will be responsible for creating engaging content with the support of the concerned Marketing Divisions and are appropriate for specific networks for paid campaigns. As a content creator, you should also find ways to create new and innovative content for the paid ads. Job Responsibilities:
- Researching current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
- Shooting videos for making TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Editing videos on basic software like Capcut/Movavi to create social media content.
- Handling the entire video content creation process which includes ideation, storyboarding, shooting, editing, background music, delivery and more.
- Creating high quality and creative videos that will generate high number of views and engagements.
- Preparing a schedule for posting these videos according to the theme of the month.
- Setting up ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Analyzing the campaign performance and preparing conclusive reports that guide future decisions and directions of creative ideas.
- Support the marketing team in shortlisting products, layout designs, and content copy required for ads, banners, and social media posts.
- Experience in creating strong, engaging content.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently & collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Video editing & videography is a plus
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
