Summary:

We are looking for a vibrant and camera-confident Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an Arabic-speaking female with a passion for content creation, community engagement, and family entertainment. She will be responsible for managing our social media presence, producing creative content, and interacting with customers online and in person to promote our kids' arcade, bowling, and F&B activities.

Key Roles:

Customer Engagement: Actively respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers.

Content Creation: Create and post high-quality video and photo content regularly (trending formats, stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.).

Trend Research: Stay updated with current social media trends, hashtags, viral challenges.

Social Media Management: Manage daily content posting, schedule posts, and maintain a consistent brand tone.

Live Appearances: Go live occasionally to talk about products/services, offers, or behind-the-scenes updates.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align content with promotions and goals.

Event Coverage: Attend local events, pop-ups, or brand activations to create content and interact with the community.

Analytics: Track and report engagement stats, suggest improvements and new content directions.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, or Content Writing is an added advantage

Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Confident and comfortable in front of the camera

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer marketing is preferred

Skilled in producing high-quality, engaging photo and video content

Familiar with major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and others social media platforms

UAE Driving License is a plus, especially for inter-city travel (Al Ain / Dubai)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
